One workspace to see and run your operational workflows
Operalynsys is a workflow workspace: a place to lay out how work is supposed to move, watch how it's actually moving, and step in where it isn't. This page explains the platform in plain terms and shows what using it is meant to look and feel like.
See every step of a workflow, and who owns it
Instead of a task list, Operalynsys is built around the workflow itself — the sequence of steps a piece of work moves through, who's responsible at each step, and how long it's been sitting there. The idea is to make "where is this, and who's on it?" a question you can answer in seconds.
Sample workflow shown for illustration only.
When: a step sits "In progress" for more than 3 days
Then: notify the step owner and their manager, and flag the step as at risk
Rules like this are configured per workflow, not applied globally.
Automate the predictable parts, not the judgement calls
Automation in Operalynsys is meant to apply to steps that follow a clear rule — reminders, reassignments, status changes — so people spend their attention on steps that actually need a decision. This is a design direction we're actively building toward.
Work with the tools your team already uses
Most teams don't want another tool to replace everything else — they want their existing tools to feed one clear picture. Integrations are how Operalynsys is intended to pull that picture together, rather than asking a team to migrate everything on day one.
Planned integrations
No integrations are confirmed or generally available yet. This list is a placeholder for the business to edit once specific integrations are built and verified:
- — [Editable: name of tool/category, e.g. "Spreadsheet import/export"]
- — [Editable: name of tool/category, e.g. "Calendar and scheduling tools"]
- — [Editable: name of tool/category, e.g. "Messaging/notification tools"]
- — [Editable: add or remove rows as integrations are confirmed]
Understand where work actually slows down
Rather than a general analytics dashboard, the intent is reporting that answers specific questions — which step is the bottleneck, how long things really take, and where a rule change would help. This is a planned capability, not a benchmarked or delivered outcome.
